Participate in business requirements and functional requirements gathering. Create ADD (Application Design Document) and SDD (Solution Design Document) based to translate business requirements into technical requirements.

Perform Performance Load Testing of the application. Design solutions on the Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) platform using standard patterns. Use Java, J2EE, HTML, PL/SQL, XML and Oracle, etc.

Accept Bachelor with 5 years experience as Master.

The primary worksite is Wilmington, DE, but relocation is possible.

Req: Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related with 6 months experience as Programmer or Analyst or Software Engineer or IT Consultant.
